2013 – Current – LMFT – Private Practice – Provides psychotherapeutic treatment to individuals and teens including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, in office and through the use of TeleHealth. Psychotherapeutic assistance for the individual/teen in the privacy of their home or office utilizing HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing which requires specialized training and has its own set of rules and protocols. 2012 – March 2013 – LMFT – County of Orange – Health Care Agency – Prevention and Intervention – Stop the Cycle Program – Revised, coordinated, and conducted 12-week psychoeducational groups for parents, adolescents, and children with an adolescent family member incarcerated or on probation in the juvenile justice system. As senior member of the team, created new trainings, and provided training to non-licensed staff.
2006-2012 – LMFT – County of Orange – Health Care Agency – Children and Youth Services – West Region – Provided residential assessment, diagnosis, placement, case management,treatment, and monitoring of children in out-of-state residential placements; acted as a liaison between placement facility, school, and parent. Responded to crisis situations; traveled to monitor out-of-state placements; attended school IEP meetings; and knowledge of laws pertaining to AB 3632 placements.
